She reported it this afternoon and the officer had no idea what to do. He told her to complain to DFCS!
I called her old investigating officer at DFCS and they insisted I report it to the Judge that granted our LG. He was shocked and promised to let me know immediately if there was any activity regarding Kiera. The DFCS CW also told me to report it to the local DFCS and to the sheriff's office in her county. I will be very angry if this blows over.

Oh for crying out loud! No wonder so many people have no faith in our justice system. Someone offers to buy a baby and they don't know what to do? Hang onto that precious little peanut and keep those psychos away from her!
Try the human trafficking division of the FBI. They ought to at least know where to point you.

Wow, this is shocking. I wonder if they say they can't prove it though, like 'heresay' or whatever...just to get out of trying the case.
I'd go higher every time you seem to get blown off. And ring as many places as you can, and write letters. Then there are as many records as possible of what happened.
I hope everything turns out good for everyone, and at least her mum rang you, it shows she has some sense.
